On the rim of an active volcano in central Bali, 1,500 meters above sea level, the soil is mineral rich and the air is cool. Coffee has been grown here for over two hundred years.

Most of what is grown in Kintamani never leaves Indonesia under a specialty banner. It gets folded into blends, lost in commodity export, sold without origin. We are changing that.

Indonesian specialty coffee deserves to stand on the same shelf as Ethiopia, Colombia, and Panama. The farms exist. The skill exists. The terroir is extraordinary. What has been missing is intention.

Every lot is cupped before it leaves origin. Every lot meets Grade 1 specialty standards. Every order is roasted within forty-eight hours of dispatch.
